I understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges Founders from any liability or claim that I may have against Founders with the respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my participation in the Activities or my presence at the 2016 Meadows Music & Arts Festival, whether caused by the negligence of Founders or otherwise. I also understand that Founders does and will not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health, or disability insurance in the event that the Activities or my presence at the 2016 Meadows Music & Arts Festival lead to, cause, or in any way contribute to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage.

3. Insurance. I understand and expressly waive any claim for compensation or liability on the part of Founders beyond what may be offered freely by the representatives of Founders in the event that the Activities or my presence at the 2016 Meadows Music & Arts Festival lead to, cause, or in any way contribute to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage.

4. Medical Treatment. I hereby release and forever discharge Founders from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise due to any first-aid treatment or other medical services rendered to me during the Activities or my presence at the 2016 Meadows Music & Arts Festival.

5. Assumption of Risk. I understand that I may be engaging in the Activities on a live production site. I also understand that the Activities may be hazardous to me and may include, but are not limited to: construction activities; loading, moving, and unloading heavy equipment and materials; and working around staging and electrical equipment.
